How It All Started
While Heather and RJ first began dating, they talked about their future. On the first trip the two went on, RJ said he would never get married. Heather said, "Maybe if you meet the right person?". They brushed it off for awhile, but eventually got married. At the time Heather was commuting two hours a day to her job as a teacher. RJ was working as an auto mechanic. After getting her Masters degree in Education, Heather decided it was time to buy a house. Isn't that the goal that everyone aspires for in their 20s? A great career, a house, a car, and marriage? At the time, RJ said he really wanted to buy a tiny home. Heather said, I'm tired of commuting, so I'm buying a house, you can rent a room if you'd like to. And so it happened...Heather bought a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house in Rosamond. (The town from the Captain Marvel movie). As they were living in the house, they kept accruing items.
